A friend of mine is working as an au pair in Paris and had invited me and a common friend of us to stay some time with her while her au pair family were on holidays. Since I finished exceptionally early with the retakes of my exams I could go! We spent three days together and we mixed culture, a lot of food and of course excellent company: perfect combination for a perfect city trip! Since we were more on a visit to a friend instead of a visit to a city I didn't take that much pictures, besides those with my friends, but I do have pictures from my outfits. :D
On the first day of our city trip I wore a black top from Stradivarius which I bought in Croatia last summer, a Primark jeans, my Scapa ballet flats and my Primark bag. I paired it with my blue H&M blazer which was the only blazer I brought to Paris.
This blazer is incredibly easy to pair with most of my clothes since I mostly wear blue. :D
Those ballet flats got soaked that day by the way. When we arrived in Paris it was quite nice weather and since my sneakers were quite hot to wear at that moment I decided to change shoes. Shouldn't have done that because the moment we got out of the subway it started raining. They survived the rain, luckily!
Day 2.
I was wearing a Primark top, my Levi's jeans, Primark sneakers and my Topshop satchel. Of course I paired it with my blue blazer. (;
I love my new Levi's jeans because finallyyyy I can wear my crop tops! :D
Day 3.
On the third day I wore my pink Bershka top, again my Primark jeans, my new white Converse sneakers and again my Primark bag. Again, perfectly pairable with my blue H&M blazer. (; See those houses in the back of the picture? Victor Hugo, a huge French writer, has lived in one of these! We also visited his house-turned-into-a-museum, quite cool! :D
Don't these Converse sneakers look squeaky clean? I wore them for the first time in Paris and they've proven to be city trip proof! :D
These outfit pictures have all been taken with my phone since my bags were too small to wear my Instax and my normal camera, so please don't mind the bad quality! The quality of the trip was of course a whole lot better! :D
